Compositing in Photoshop
This exercise involves refining your skills at Photoshop compositing. The challenge is to make your finished image visually believable.
Although this is a simple exercise--like so many simple things--the devil is in the details and it will require finesse and conceptual open-mindedness to create a successful image.
And now, without further ado, I present to you the...
Zoo Fashion Challenge

As an example, find the image of the Wolf and note how the fur around the Wolf's neck goes over the collar of the shirt. Compare that with the Koala just above it. Look at the neckline of the Koala and how the artist did sort of a blur treatment that looks obviously Photoshopped. That would not be considered as "successful" an image for the purposes of this assignment. It is the transition between the animal and the attire that will largely determine the success of your project.
A secondary consideration is the pairing of an animal with the outfit they will be clothed in. Try to find some connection between your animal subject and the outfit you place them in.
You will create 2 (awesome) composites for your assignment. Use Google images as an image source.
Don't forget to find copyright-free images that are large enough for a successful composition (Search Tools-->Image Size in Google Images).
And finally, do not feel compelled to adhere to the straight-ahead composition and format of the examples. Make the project your own--points can be earned for creativity and original ideas.
